Delivery zones, timeframes and accepted payment methods — Padel House S.L.

1. Order Processing

Orders placed at padel.org.es are processed by Padel House S.L. (CIF B98141320). All orders are prepared internally and handled by our team at our Madrid store.

Orders placed before 14:00 on business days are generally processed the same day. Orders placed after 14:00, on weekends or public holidays, are processed on the next business day.

Order confirmation: You will receive an automatic email confirmation immediately after placing your order. If you do not receive it within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at sales@padel.org.es.

2. Delivery Zones & Timeframes

We currently ship to Spain (Peninsula) and selected European destinations. Delivery is made to street level at the address provided — carriers do not access upper floors or building interiors.

Note: We do not currently ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding national and local public holidays.

Delivery timeframes are estimates from the date of dispatch. Delays caused by the carrier, customs, or events outside our control do not constitute grounds for cancellation.

3. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automatic email containing a tracking number to monitor your parcel in real time. All delivery status updates are sent to the email address provided during checkout.

If your tracking information has not updated in more than 5 business days, please contact us.

4. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods. All transactions are processed through a secure, PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway. Padel House S.L. does not store or have access to your full card details.

  • Mastercard (Credit & Debit)
  • American Express
  • Maestro

Upon confirming your order you will be redirected to the secure payment gateway. Your bank may request additional verification via 3D Secure (SMS code, in-app confirmation, etc.). If payment is not completed, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Payment problems? If you experience issues completing payment, check: (1) your bank’s 3D Secure notification, (2) whether your card has sufficient funds, (3) whether your card supports online/international transactions. Contact your bank or reach us at sales@padel.org.es.

5. Invoicing & VAT

A VAT invoice is automatically sent to your email address upon order confirmation. All prices shown on the website include applicable Spanish VAT (IVA). If you require a company invoice with specific fiscal details, contact us before placing your order.
