1. Introduction

These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase of products through the website padel.org.es, operated by Padel House S.L. (CIF B98141320), with registered address at Av. de Monforte de Lemos, 36, La Vaguada Shopping Center, 2nd Floor, 28029 Madrid, Spain.

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

To purchase from padel.org.es, you must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products and Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in Euros (€) and include applicable Spanish VAT (IVA), unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate. However, minor variations in colour due to screen display differences do not constitute a product defect.

4. Ordering Process

1. Product selection: Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
2. Checkout: Enter your delivery and billing details.
3. Payment: Complete payment via one of our accepted methods (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro).
4. Order confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation with your order number and summary.

The purchase contract is formalised when you receive the order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors or suspected fraud.

5. Payment

All transactions are processed through a secure, PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway. Padel House S.L. does not store or have access to your full card details. Your bank may request additional 3D Secure verification.

Payment is taken at the time of order. If payment is not successfully completed, the order will be automatically cancelled.

6. Delivery

Delivery terms, zones and costs are detailed on our Shipping & Payment page. Estimated delivery times are from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed. Padel House S.L. is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your parcel upon receipt and report any damage within 48 hours.

7. Returns and Warranty

Your rights regarding returns, exchanges and product warranty are detailed on our Returns, Exchanges & Warranty page, which forms part of these Terms.

In summary: you have a 14-day right of withdrawal (no reason needed), and all new products carry a 3-year legal guarantee under Spanish law (Real Decreto-ley 7/2021).

8. User Accounts

You may create an account to streamline future purchases and access order history. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are associated with fraudulent activity.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content is protected by intellectual property laws as described in our Legal Notice. You may not reproduce, distribute or modify any content without prior written consent from Padel House S.L.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Padel House S.L.’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Spanish and EU law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Madrid, Spain, except where mandatory consumer protection rules grant you jurisdiction in your place of residence.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
