This will be the process of your order:
1. Place your order and send us the necessary information Once the purchase is completed, you must send an email to orders@PadelPROShop.com indicating the reference of your order, attaching the Logo in vectorized PDF and specifying the measurements indicated on the product.
2. Preparation of the digital sketch With all the information received, we will prepare the digital sketch in an approximate period of 3 to 4 days.
3. Approval and production Once the sketch is confirmed, we will start production, whose estimated time is 10 to 12 days.
4. Reception in warehouse and shipping Once manufacturing is completed, the order will arrive at our warehouses within approximately 1 to 2 days. Upon receipt, we will proceed to the final shipment.
In summer the company that manufactures it is closed, therefore, all orders placed from July 15th will begin to be manufactured on September 1st.
We do not supply the zip ties or velcros for its attachment.
